摘 要:研究了一种基于低频脉冲电压注入的PMSM降噪驱动控制。不同于传统低频注入方案,新方案通过区分注入信号周期和控制周期,并结合基于离散位置信号谐波分析的增强型矢量跟踪观测器,可在没有数字滤波器的情况下提取信息,并实现准确的位置估计。此外,还分析了观测器的稳定性,并研究了估计误差的影响,采取了进一步降低谐波的措施。通过实验验证了新型控制策略的效果。A PMSM driving controller based on low-frequency pulse voltage injection for noise reduction was presented.Unlike traditional low-frequency injection schemes,the new scheme extracts the required information without digital filters and realizes accurate position estimation by distinguishing the injected signal period from the control period,and by combining an enhanced vector-based tracking observer based on harmonic analysis of discrete position signals.In addition,the stability of the controller was also analyzed,and the influence of the estimation error was studied,and measures to further reduce the harmonics were taken.The effectiveness of the new control strategy was verified through experiments.
