摘　　要：合同制治理是建立在政府与市场框架之上的近年来为我国政府治理模式采取的一种重要的制度取向。通过合同将竞争机制引入公共服务和产品的提供过程中,改变了传统以政府为单一主体提供产品和服务的治理模式,推动了参与主体的多元化,提高了公共服务和产品的提供效率和质量,减轻了政府的负担。本文首先对合同制治理的产生与发展做了回顾,然后分析了合同制治理在当代中国的制度变迁,最后得出结论:合同制治理是当代中国政府治理模式的现实归依。Contract governance is a kind of important institutional orientation in the government and the market framework.Competition mechanism is drawn into the public service and product by the contract,which is changing the traditional mode of governance as a single subject,promoting diversified participants,improving quality and efficiency of public service and product,and reducing the burden of government.Firstly,this paper reviews the emergence and development of contract governance,secondly it analyzes the management of contract system in modern China's institutional change,and finally it comes to the conclusion that contract governance is the governance pattern of the contemporary Chinese government.
