摘 要:介绍了低熔点涤纶短纤维的结构和特点、国内外低熔点涤纶短纤维的发展过程及现状,分析了低熔点涤纶短纤维生产中低熔点聚酯的合成及皮芯复合纤维的制备工艺路线和相关影响因素。简述了低熔点涤纶短纤维在织物产品和非织造布行业的应用。低熔点涤纶短纤维已成为纺织品、床垫、椰棕材料、汽车内饰等绿色制造的热点原料,市场需求量逐年递增,其未来的发展趋势是替代传统纤维或产业用粘胶剂和脲醛胶,应用前景广阔;今后应在产品品质、性能及功能上缩小与国外同类产品的差距,同时应加强其绿色生产技术的研究与开发。The structure and characteristics of low-melting point polyester staple fiber were introduced,as was the development history and status of low-melting point polyester staple fiber in China and abroad.The synthesis of low-melting point polyester,the technological routes of sheath-core composite fiber and their influential factors were analyzed.The application of low-melting point polyester staple fiber was briefly described in the fields of textiles and non-woven industry.Low-melting point polyester staple fiber has become the hot raw material for green manufacturing of textiles,mattress,coconut material and automobile interior decoration with the annually increasing market demand and wonderful application prospects as a substitute for traditional fibers,adhesives for industrial use and urea-formaldehyde glue.The gap between the similar products in China and abroad should be minimized in the product quality,properties and functions,and the research and development of green manufacturing technology should be enhanced in the future.
