新疆聚酯及纤维产业链发展现状与前景

摘　　要：介绍了新疆聚酯及纤维产业链中芳烃、对二甲苯(PX)、精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)、聚酯、涤纶等生产现状,并对新疆聚酯及纤维产业的未来发展进行了展望。新疆油气资源丰富,具备从原油加工到芳烃、PTA、聚酯、涤纶生产的产业一体化的优势。目前,新疆聚酯及纤维产业链中从原油加工到聚酯的产能增长迅速,但仅有15 kt/a涤纶短纤维、无涤纶长丝生产,而纤维和棉花混纺是新疆纺织产业发展的必然趋势,因此,新疆大力发展聚酯及纤维产业,不仅可减少棉花的使用量,推动其纺织产业的发展,而且能推动整个产业链的发展。The production status of polyester fiber industry chain,including aromatics,p-xylene(PX),purified terephthalic acid(PTA),ethylene glycol(EG),polyester and polyester fiber,was introduced in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang for short).The future development of Xinjiang polyester fiber industry chain was outlooked.Xinjiang has the advantages of industry integration from crude processing to aromatics,PTA,polyester and polyester fiber production due to the abundant oil and gas resources.The production capacity of polyester fiber industry chain from crude processing to polyester production has been rapidly increasing,but with only 15 kt/a polyester staple fiber and no polyester filament production.The blend of fiber and cotton is the inevitable trend of Xinjiang textile industry development.Therefore,the cotton usage could be decreased and the textile development and the whole industry chain development as well could be promoted when Xinjiang enhanced the development of polyester fiber industry chain.
