摘  要:船舶注水系统振动与噪声突出,亟待采取针对性措施予以治理。基于有限元法和边界元法,提取流场计算中注水系统管道及阀门壁面脉动压力,分别作为偶极子噪声源和结构振动激励源计算系统流噪声和流激振动噪声,实现注水系统辐射噪声分离预报。分析流噪声和流激振动噪声声压级的频谱特性和能量贡献比,结果表明流噪声能量在总噪声能量中占比较高,应该优先针对流噪声采取相应的降噪措施。The vibration and noise of warship water injection systems are serious and need to be controlled urgently.In this paper,based on the finite element method and the boundary element method,the wall fluctuating pressures of the injection pipeline and valves of the system are extracted as the dipole noise source and the structure vibration excitation source to calculate the flow noise and flow induced vibration noise respectively.And the segregation prediction of the radiation noise of the water injection system is realized.The spectral characteristics and energy contribution ratio of the sound pressure levels of the flow noise and flow-induced noise are analyzed.The results show that the energy of the flow noise occupies a larger portion of the total noise energy.Preferential measures should be taken to reduce the flow noise.
