摘　　要：对上海地铁1号线岔区音频轨道电路设备的4英尺(1. 219 2 m)环线和调谐单元各项安全性能、电气性能技术指标、主要参数、制造工艺、材料及相关结构要求等方面进行了全面反复的测试和分析,对原产品在使用中发现的缺陷和薄弱环节进行了重新设计。在国产化试制成功后,通过与进口4英尺环线和调谐单元的一系列测试比较表明,该设备满足性能要求,在防腐、防水等性能上更优于进口设备。Through comprehensive and repeated testing and analysis of the safety performance,electrical performance specifications,main parameters,manufacturing process,materials and related structural requirements of the 4 feet loop and tuning unit used in the audio track circuit of Shanghai metro Line 1,the defects and weaknesses of the original products in the use are detected for a new design.After the successful trial test of the localized equipment and a comparison with the imported 4 feet loop and tuning unit in a series of test,the localized equipment proves to meet the performance requirements and is better than the imported equipment in anti-corrosion,waterproof and other performances.
