摘 要:探讨了氮素指数施肥对池杉幼苗生长及养分积累的影响,为池杉苗木培育提供基础。以1年生池杉幼苗为材料,采用温室盆栽方法,常规施肥(CF)和指数施肥(EF1,EF2,EF3,EF4)等5个处理,纯氮用量分别为5.0,1.0,3.0,5.0,8.0 g·株-1,共施氮5次。生长结束后,用全收获法测定池杉的株高、地径、生物量及养分质量分数。结果表明:池杉苗高在不同施肥间没有显著性差异,EF2处理的地径明显高于CF(P<0.05);指数施肥有利于促进池杉根系的生长和养分在地下部的积累,与CF相比,EF处理地下部生物量和氮积累量显著提高了27.9%~64.4%和35.3%~94.4%(P<0.05);地下部磷、钾积累量则表现为EF1、EEF2、EF3处理显著高于CF(P<0.05)。EF2(纯氮3.0 g·株^(-1))是池杉温室育苗的最佳施肥方法。We studied the effects of nitrogen exponential fertilization on seedling growth and nutrient content by the pot experiments in greenhouse.The seedlings of one year old were adopted and five groups of processing were designed including conventional fertilization(CF)and exponential fertilization of EF1,EF2,EF3 and EF4.The rate of pure nitrogen application was designed as 5.0,1.0,3.0,5.0 and 8.0 g per seedling accordingly.We conducted five times of nitrogen fertilization.We measured the height,ground diameter,biomass,chlorophyll fluorescence and nitrogen absorption after the seedling stop growing.There were no significant differences in seedling height from different groups(P>0.05),the ground diameter in the treatment EF2 were higher than CF(P<0.05).N exponential fertilization was beneficial to the growth of root system and accumulation of nutrients in the Taxodium ascendens.Compared with the CF,the underground biomass and N accumulation were increased by 27.9%-64.4%and 35.3%-94.4%(P<0.05)from EF(P<0.05),respectively.P and K accumulations in roots of T.ascendens from EF1,EF2 and EF3 were also higher than that from CF(P<0.05).Exponential nitrogen had significant effects on the growth of T.ascendens,the adoption of exponential nitrogen of 3.0 g/seedling was the best method in cultivating T.ascendens seedlings.
