摘 要:以美人指(Manicure Finger)、红地球(Red Globe)、白香蕉(Baixiangjiao)、派克斯(Aromatic of pecs)、普列文玫瑰(Mascat Plevenski)、圣诞玫瑰(Christmas Rose)、粉红亚都蜜(Yatomi Rosa)及3个抗寒性强的贝达(Beta)、山葡萄(Vitis amurensis)、北醇(Beichun)等10个葡萄品种一年生休眠枝条为试验材料,在不同低温下(4^-30℃)胁迫处理,测定枝条的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、可溶性糖质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、游离脯氨酸质量分数、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,结合Logistic方程拟合出半致死温度,运用恢复生长法测定萌芽率;通过灰色关联分析,筛选与抗寒性关联最大的抗寒指标。结果表明:随着温度下降,各葡萄枝条的相对电导率、MDA质量摩尔浓度、可溶性糖质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、游离脯氨酸质量分数均呈上升趋势,SOD、POD、CAT活性均是先上升后下降; 10个葡萄品种关联度最高的抗寒指标分别是MDA、SOD,其次是POD、可溶性糖。10个葡萄品种的抗寒性,由强到弱依次为山葡萄、贝达、北醇、红地球、白香蕉、美人指、派克斯、普列文玫瑰、圣诞玫瑰、粉红亚都蜜。The branches of 10 grapes(Manicure Finger,Red Globe,Baixiangjiao,Aromatic of Pecs,Mascat Plevenski,Christmas Rose,Yatomi Rosa,Beta,Vitis amurensis and Beichun)were dealt with different low temperatures(-30℃-4℃).The relative conductivity,content of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,free proline content,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity were measured.Semi lethal temperature(LT50)was fitted by Logistic equation,the germination rate was determined by recovery growth method,and screening the cold resistance index which was the most associated with the cold resistance by grey correlation analysis.The relative electrical conductivity,MDA,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and free proline content of all the grape branches were increased.The activity of SOD,POD and CAT increased first and then decreased,and the cold resistance index of these ten grapes with the highest correlation degree was MDA and SOD,the second was POD and soluble sugar.The cold resistance capacity of these ten grapes was sorted in descending order of Vitis amurensis,Beta,Beichun,Red Globe,Baixiangjiao,Manicure Finger,Aromatic of Pecs,Mascat Plevenski,Christmas Rose,and Yatomi Rosa.
