摘 要:为了有效利用贵州省主要森林采伐和加工树种的木材加工剩余废料和废旧塑料,采用挤出成型法分别制备了杉木和马尾松木粉增强高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料;经过12个月的室内和户外的自然老化,对比老化前后复合材料的材色、密度、弯曲、拉伸、冲击等物理和力学性能,并分析了动态力学性能。试验结果表明:室内老化使复合材料的材色变暗且向红色和黄色方向变化,户外老化使复合材料的材色变亮且向绿色和蓝色方向变化。复合材料的拉伸性能受老化影响较为显著,户外的环境加快了木塑复合材料的老化降解速率。杉木/HDPE复合材料的耐老化性能均优于马尾松/HDPE复合材料。In order to effectively use wood processing residual waste of the main species of forest harvesting and processing in Guizhou Province and waste plastic,the high density polyethylene(HDPE)composites reinforced by Cunninghamia lanceolate and Pinus massoniana wood flour were prepared by extrusion molding,respectively.After 12 months’indoor and outdoor natural aging,surface color,density,bending,tensile,impact and other physical and mechanical properties before and after aging were compared,and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were also analyzed.The indoor aging made the surface of the composites dim lightness,and colors moved in the direction of red and yellow,and outdoor aging made the surface of the composites lightness to bleach,and colors moved in the direction of green and blue.The tensile properties of composites were considerably affected by aging.Outdoor environment raised the aging decomposition rate of the wood plastic composites.Aging resistance of C.lanceolate/HDPE composites were better than that of P.massoniana/HDPE composites.
