摘　　要：移动互联时代的到来,为企业创新运营管理模式,提高工作效率提供了新思路。本文针对本地有线网络的运营现状,结合移动互联网技术和智能终端技术,设计并实现了一套有助于一线网格人员更高效、便捷服务客户的掌上业务受理系统,同时分析了业务查询、业务办理、业务变更、业务体验四个子模块的设计思路。The mobile Internet era provides new ideas for the management mode of enterprise innovative operation and for the improvement of work efficiency.According to current situation of local cable TV operations,combined with the mobile Internet technology and intelligent terminal technology,this paper presents a handheld business acceptance system with more efficient and more convenient for customer service.Also,it analyzes four sub modules,which are business query,business handling,business change and business experience.
