摘　　要：先天性心脏病(先心病)是先天性心脏、心脏血管连接处和心脏外血管的畸形。其发病率已持续位居我国出生缺陷首位,并已成为5岁以下儿童的首位死因。随着全科医学学科的发展和分级诊疗制度的深化,全科医生服务人群的年龄范围在逐渐扩大,全科医生将在儿童先心病的全程照顾中扮演重要角色。本文探讨了全科医生在先心病患儿的不同人生阶段所承担的咨询、疾病诊治及随访管理工作,这对提高先心病患儿的生命质量有重要意义。A congenital heart disease(CHD),is a congenital malformation of heart,coronary vessels,and of the connection between the heart and adjacent vessels.It has become the most common birth defect in China,and the leading cause of death among children under 5 years of age.With the development of general practice and the hierarchal medical system,general practitioners(GPs)are increasingly tending to serve populations of all age groups.We explored the important role of GPs in the care(including consultation,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up management)of CHD in children at different disease management stages,which would be meaningful for the improvement of quality of life in this population.
