摘 要:为了研究变压器运行条件对其噪声特性的影响,搭建位于半消声室内的电力变压器噪声测试试验平台,利用该试验平台模拟变压器现场实际运行情况。分别测试不同平衡负载、三相不平衡负载以及谐波负载情况下变压器的噪声信号,通过时域与频域对比分析研究不同负载条件对变压器噪声特性的影响,并且计算等效A声级。结果表明,变压器噪声水平与负载容量有关,随着负载容量的增加,变压器噪声时域波形与频谱分布特性变化较小,但噪声水平可能逐渐降低;变压器不同相别负载不平衡的噪声特性存在差异,B相负载不平衡时噪声水平较低;负载电流谐波含量对变压器噪声特性的影响较大,谐波负载作用下,变压器噪声水平更高,噪声信号波形复杂度及其频谱中50Hz奇数倍谐频含量相对增加。分析结果对于变压器噪声与振动控制具有参考意义。In order to investigate the influence of operational condition on noise characteristics of power transformers,a platform for on-site transformer noise simulation is established in semi-anechoic room.Transformer noises are tested under different load conditions including under normal,unbalanced and harmonic loads,respectively.The signals in both time-domain and frequency-domain are compared to investigate the discrepancy caused by different load conditions and their equivalent A-weighted sound pressure levels are also calculated.The results show that the transformer noise is relevant to the load capacity.As the load capacity increases,little change is found from the time-domain and frequency-domain waveform whereas the noise level may decrease gradually.The transformer noise shows some discrepancies in unbalanced load conditions.The noise level is much lower when the phase-B is unbalanced.The harmonic content affects the transformer noise obviously.When a harmonic load current is applied,the noise level,waveform complexity and harmonic of odd frequencies times increase.This research promotes process of the noise and vibration control for power transformers.
