摘 要:针对±800 kV特高压直流输电线路带电更换V型绝缘子串的工程实际问题,由于特高压线路杆塔高,绝缘子串长,导线连接金具非常笨重,传统的工具无法适用。提出一种新型的特高压输电线路"斜拉法"带电更换V型绝缘子串工具,首先对"斜拉法"进行简单介绍,并对其可行性展开分析,校验"斜拉法"的安全可靠性。在此基础上,通过结构设计、受力分析、工具试验,研制改进型液压紧线器,使"斜拉法"成功应用于生产实际。理论研究和现场检验结果表明:研制的工具具有显著的实用性,简洁灵活,携带轻便,降低了作业劳动强度,具有很高的使用价值。For the replacement problem of V-type insulator strings on±800 kV UHV direct current transmission lines,the traditional tools cannot be applied due to the high UHV pole tower,long insulator strings and heavy wire connection fittings.In this paper,a new type of"cable-pull"method is proposed to replace the V-type insulator string tool on the UHV transmission line.Firstly,the"cable-pull"method is briefly introduced and its feasibility is analyzed,and then the safe reliability is theoretically verified.On this basis,an improved hydraulic line tightener is developed through the structural design,force analysis and tool testing,so that the"slant pull"method can be successfully applied in production.The theoretical research and field testing results show that the developed tool can reduce the working intensity and improve the working safety with remarkable practicability.
