摘 要:基于弧齿锥齿轮的成型原理,得到了弧齿锥齿轮齿面三维坐标方程。依照Gleason公司所提供的弧齿锥齿轮计算调整卡,编写MATLAB程序,求解出各齿面离散点的三维坐标,运用三维造型软件,建立弧齿锥齿轮副的三维模型。把三维模型导入到有限元软件Abaqus中,创建了弧齿锥齿轮副的有限元模型,完成了弧齿锥齿轮副的接触分析。根据分析结果,获得某一对轮齿在一个完整的啮合周期内,齿面啮合点处接触正压力的变化情况,并用实验验证了仿真结果的准确性,为弧齿锥齿轮的设计、制造、优化提供了参考依据和技术支持。The three-dimension coordinate equation of tooth surface of spiral bevel gear is obtained based on the forming principle of spiral bevel gear.According to the spiral bevel gear computational adjustment cards provided by the Gleason company,the three-dimensional model of spiral bevel gear pair is established by writing the MATLAB program to solve out the 3D coordinates of discrete points on the tooth surface and using three dimensional modeling software.The contact analysis of bevel gear pair is completed by importing the 3D model into the finite element software Abaqus to create the finite element model of spiral bevel gear.According to the analysis results,the change of the contact positive pressure of a pair of gear teeth in a complete meshing cycle is obtained,and the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by experiments which provides reference and technical support for the design,manufacture and optimization of spiral bevel gear.
