摘 要:磁力耦合器利用磁场耦合作用传输转矩,将刚性连接转换为非接触的软联接方式,具有软启动、减小振动、堵转保护、高可靠性等优点,被广泛应用于工业领域。磁力耦合器还可应用于一些特殊场合,如超导飞轮储能系统,其具有省去电机定子冷却系统、真空腔完全动密封、实现长期储能的优点。由于磁力耦合器在高转速下少有应用及研究,针对超导飞轮储能高转速应用研究了异步轴向磁力耦合器的传输特性。采用传统的转速差仿真方法建立有限元模型,并计算了传输转矩、轴向力、气隙磁感应强度等性能参数,对关键部件的温升特性进行了仿真分析。试制了原理样机,搭建了高转速传输特性测试平台。在同步转速9 500 r/min下进行了试验。通过与仿真结果比较,验证了常规建模方法的有效性。对不同转速下的转矩传输特性进行试验对比,验证了异步轴向磁力耦合器高转速应用的可行性。The torque of magnetic couplers can be transferred by utilizing the magnetic field coupling,which changes the rigid connection into non-contact soft connection.It has the advantages of soft starting,vibration reduction,locked-rotor protection,high reliability,and is applied in industry.The magnetic couplers can also be used in specific conditions,such as superconducting flywheel energy storage system(SFESS),which can realize the motor placed out of vacuum chamber with no need for stator cooling system,the completely dynamic sealing of vacuum chamber,and long time energy storage.Due to rare application and research in the condition of high speed for magnetic couplers,the transfer characteristics at high speed of asynchronous axial magnetic coupler is studied based on the application of SFESS.The finite element model is built by using the general simulation method based on slip speed,the performance parameters of transferred torque,axial force,and magnetic flux density in the air-gap are calculated,and the temperature rise characteristic of critical components is analyzed.The prototype is manufactured,and the test platform of transfer characteristics at high speed is established.The experiments are conducted at the synchronous speed 9 500 r/min and the conventional modeling method is validated by comparing the experimental results with simulated results.Also the torque transfer characteristic at various speeds is compared.The feasibility of asynchronous axial magnetic coupler for high speed application is validated.
