摘  要:近年来数字化计量装置在智能变电站中得到了普遍应用,但其运行可靠性和稳定性较差,制约了数字化计量装置的推广应用。针对计量装置数字化所带来的误差稳定性较差的问题,提出了数字化计量装置的整体误差与电子式互感器和数字化电能表单独误差同步测试,且误差影响量可调的误差稳定性测试方法,搭建了数字化计量装置误差稳定性测试系统。通过理论分析、试验验证和现场测试,为数字化计量装置误差稳定性问题的分析和处理提供了有效的解决思路和方法,对提升数字化计量装置的设计、制造和运行水平有指导意义。In recent years,digital measurement devices have been widely used in smart substation,while its operational reliability and stability is poor,which restricts the popularization and application of digital metering device.Aiming at the problem that the error caused by the digital measuring device stability is poor,this paper proposes the digital metering device integrated error with electronic transformer and digital power meter test and synchronous single error influence quantity adjustable error stability test method,as well as sets up the digital metering error and stability test system.Through theoretical analysis,experimental verification and field test,it provides an effective solution to ideas and methods for analyzing and processing error stability of digital metering device,which has the guiding significance for the design,manufacture and digital measurement equipments to improve the operation level.
