摘 要:现有的数字化电能表检测标准由电子式电能表检测标准发展而来,其检测项目未充分考虑数字化电能表自身的特点。为改善数字化电能表挂网运行的稳定性,搭建了现场综合监测平台,设计了基于全相位自适应算法的0. 01级数字化电能表,在此基础上有针对性的提出了一些现场适应性试验项目,最后在实验室和现场分别进行了试验。试验结果表明所提出的现场适应性试验项目,能够有效保证数字化电能表在现场复杂工况条件下的计量准确性,通过新增试验项目的数字化电能表能够在现场长期准确的计量电能。The existing digital energy meter test standard was developed on the basis of electronic energy meter,and its test items do not fully consider the characteristics of digital energy meter.In order to improve the operating stability of digital energy meter,this paper established a comprehensive monitoring platform and developed a digital meter with 0.01 accuracy class based on adaptive all-phase algorithm.Then,several new test methods for digital meter were proposed on the foundation of the platform.Finally,some prototype digital meters were evaluated seperately in the experimental lab and field.The experiment results shows that these new test items are able to guarantee the accuracy of digital energy meter in complex conditions,the digital energy meters which pass these new test items can be used to measure energy of long-term accuracy.
