摘 要:以SMA为稳定剂,采用原位聚合法制备聚苯胺/聚丙烯酸酯(PANI/PA)复合乳液,并应用于涤纶织物涂层整理。研究了SMA对PANI/PA复合乳液稳定性、分散性和胶膜导电性能的影响;通过红外光谱仪(FTIR)、紫外光谱仪(UV-Vis)及扫描电子显微镜表征了涂层织物的结构及形貌;测定了涂层织物的表面比电阻及撕破强力。结果表明:稳定剂SMA的加入有利于PANI/PA复合乳液体系的稳定、PANI在PA基质胶膜中的分散和PANI/PA复合胶膜导电性的提高。当SMA和苯胺用量分别为12%和20%时,所制PANI/PA复合胶膜电阻率达9.9Ω·cm。将PANI/PA复合乳液应用于涂层整理,涂层织物表面电阻率为1.18×107Ω;相对未涂层涤纶,涂层织物电阻率降低7个数量级,表明所制抗静电涂层织物具有良好的性能。Polyaniline/polyacrylate(PANI/PA)composite emulsion was prepared by in-situ polymerization with SMA as stabilizer and applied to polyester fabric finishing.The influence of SMA amount on the stability,dispersibility and conductivity of PANI/PA composite was studied.The structure and morphology of the coated fabric were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV-Vis)and scanning elec-tron microscopy(SEM).The surface specific resistance and tear strength of the coated fabric were measured.The results showed that the addition of stabilizer SMA was beneficial to the stability of PANI/PA composite emulsion system and the dispersibility of PANI in PA matrix film,and the conductivity of PANI/PA composite was improved.When the amount of SMA and aniline was 12%and 20%respectively,the resistivity of PANI/PA composite film reached 9.9Ω·cm.The surface resistivity of the coated fabric was 1.18×107Ωby applying the PANI/PA composite emulsion to the coating.The resistivity of the coated fabric was 7 orders of magni-tude lower than that of the unfinished polyester fabric,indicated that the antistatic coating fabric had good per-formance.
