摘 要:以硝酸铁、硝酸锌和草酸铵为原料,经沉淀反应制备光催化剂ZnFe_2O_4/ZnO,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和XRD对产物进行结构表征。考察了ZnFe_2O_4/ZnO质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量和循环使用等因素对甲基橙(MO)在太阳光辐射下光降解的影响。监测MO氧化过程中UV谱的变化,对反应中间体结构进行初步分析。实验表明,当MO溶液为10 mg/L,催化剂用量为1.0 g/L,在太阳光下辐射210 min,MO溶液的降解率可达91.18%,催化剂稳定性较好,适合处理MO染料废水。Photocatalyst ZnFe2O4/ZnO was prepared by precipitation reaction with ferric nitrate,zinc ni-trate and ammonium oxalate as raw materials.The product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and XRD.The effects of the mass ratio of ZnFe2O4 and ZnO,the calcinations temperature and time,the catalyst dosage and periodic duty on the photo degradation of methyl orange(MO)under sun light were investigated.The changes of UV spectrum in MO oxidation process were monitored,and the struc-ture of reaction intermediates was preliminarily analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the con-centration of MO solution was 10 mg/L,the amount of catalyst was 1.0 g/L,irradiated 210 min under the sun,the degradation rate of MO solution could reach 91.18%,and the stability of the catalyst was good,which was suitable for the treatment of MO dye wastewater.
