摘 要:对燃用生物质等含氮固体原料低热值气化燃气时NO_x的排放特性进行实验研究。利用NH_3作为燃气中的含氮组分模化物,与多种组分气按比例掺配组成人工燃气,考察含氮燃气在预混燃烧和强制对流扩散燃烧条件下,NH_3质量浓度、燃烧温度、过量空气系数对NO_x排放的影响。结果表明:含氮燃气燃烧产生的NO_x主要是NO,生成的少量NO_2主要由NO氧化形成;随NH_3质量浓度增加,NO排放质量浓度增加,但是NH_3转化为NO的比例降低,预混燃烧比强制对流扩散燃烧条件下NH_3向NO的转化率高;预混燃烧条件下,温度越高NO排放质量浓度越高,而强制对流扩散燃烧时,NO排放质量浓度在低温区随温度升高而升高,但是在高温区有降低趋势;过量空气系数对强制对流扩散燃烧条件下NO排放的影响大于预混燃烧,过量空气系数对2种燃烧条件下NO_2的排放都有促进作用;在一定的燃烧温度和NH_3质量浓度下,分级燃烧组织中存在一个合适的预混比40%,使得NO的排放质量浓度最低。In this study,the NOx emission characteristics of the combustion of low calorific value gasification gas of nitrogen-containing solid materials such as biomass are studied.Ammonia is added into flue gas as a nitrogen-containing component,and then mixed with multiple component gases with a certain proportion to form artificial gas.The effects of ammonia concentration,combustion temperature and excess air coefficient on NOx emission are investigated under premixed combustion and forced convection diffusion combustion of nitrogen-containing gas.The results show that NOx produced by the combustion of nitrogen-containing gas is mainly NO,and the small amount of generated NO2 is mainly formed by the oxidation of NO.With the increase of ammonia concentration,the concentration of NO emission increases,but the ratio of NH3 converted to NO decreases.And the conversion rate of ammonia to NO is higher under premixed combustion than under forced convection diffusion combustion.Under premixed combustion,the higher the temperature is,the higher the concentration of NO emission is.However,under forced convection diffusion combustion,the concentration of NO emission increases with the increase of temperature at the low temperatures,but decreases at the high temperatures.The excess air coefficient has greater influence on NO emission under forced convection diffusion combustion than that under premixed combustion,and the excess air coefficient promotes NO2 emission under two combustion conditions.At a certain combustion temperature and ammonia concentration,there is a suitable premixed ratio of 40%in the staged combustion organization,which makes the NO emission minimum.
