摘 要:根据催化剂硫酸氢铵中毒机理,解释了催化剂设定最低连续运行喷氨温度(MOT)的原因,通过分析影响MOT的因素,提出了MOT的可变性及根据选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统实际运行烟气参数科学评估MOT的重要性。典型催化剂低负荷评估试验结果表明:脱硝系统在硫酸氢铵凝结温度与MOT之间短时间运行,催化剂活性可恢复;通过掺烧低硫煤或其他降低SO_3质量浓度的措施,可有效降低催化剂MOT;脱硝系统入口NOx质量浓度偏离设计值较大,锅炉掺烧褐煤、印尼煤等高水分煤质或第1层催化剂类型更换时,需重新评估催化剂MOT。该结论为实现脱硝系统全负荷投运提供了理论依据。Based on the mechanism of ammonium bisulfate poisoning on catalyst,this study explains the reasons of setting minimum operating temperature(MOT)for catalyst.By analyzing the factors that influence the MOT,the variability of MOT is proposed.And according to the actual operating flue gas parameters of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification system,the importance of MOT is scientifically evaluated.The results of low-load operation evaluation experiment of typical catalyst indicate that the catalyst performance can restore after low-load operation for a short time between the ammonium bisulfate condensation temperature and MOT.The measures to reduce the mass concentration of SO3 by blending low-sulfur coal or other SO3 control technologies can reduce<app:ds:reduce>MOT for catalyst.The MOT for catalyst needs to be re-evaluated when the NOx concentration in the denitrification inlet largely deviates from the design value,or boiler is burned with high moisture content coal such as lignite coal or Indonesian coal,or the type of first layer catalyst is replaced.This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for full load operation of the denitrification system.
