摘 要:目的探讨氨茶碱对七氟醚麻醉下罗库溴铵残余肌松恢复的影响。方法选择妇科和腹部外科腹腔镜手术女性患者60例,随机分为2组,每组30例。术毕A组静脉泵注氨茶碱3 mg/kg,C组则静脉泵注等量生理盐水。两组患者四个成串刺激恢复40%~50%时静注新斯的明0.02 mg/kg和阿托品0.01 mg/kg。记录四个成串刺激比值从25%恢复至60%、75%、80%、90%的时间,记录静脉泵注氨茶碱前后及拔管前后各时点的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率值,记录不良反应。结果与C组比较,A组TOFR从25%恢复至60%、75%、80%、90%的时间有所延长,但其差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组间泵注氨茶碱前后和拔管前后各时点血流动力学差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组间不良反应差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论氨茶碱不能促进七氟醚麻醉下罗库溴铵术后残余肌松作用的消退。Objective To investigate the effect of aminophylline on recovery from residual neuromuscular blockade of rocuronium under sevoflurane anesthesia.Methods Sixty female patients undergoing gynecological and abdominal laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.In group A,3 mg/kg aminophylline was administered IV via computerized infusion pump at the end of operation.In group C,aminophylline was replaced by the same volume of saline.After train-of-four(TOFR)with 40%~50%recov-ery,0.02 mg/kg neostigmine and 0.01 mg/kg atropine were administered IV in the two groups.Recovery time of train-of-four ratio(TOFR)from 25%to 60%,75%,80%and 90%was recorded.Occurrence of adverse effects and treatment measures were also recorded.SBP,DBP,MAP and HR before and after aminophylline administeration and before and after extubation were recorded.Results Compared with group C,recovery time of TOFR from 25%to 60%,75%,80%and 90%were prolonged in group A,but with no significant differences between the two groups.No significant differences in hemodynamic changes at each time-point before and after aminophylline admin-istered IV and before and after extubation were observed between the two groups.Additionally,no significant differ-ence in occurrence of adverse effects was observed between the two groups.Conclusions Aminophyline can not ef-fectively promote recovery from residual neuromuscular blockade of rocuronium under sevoflurane anesthesia.
