摘　　要：为了有效地使用数据驱动图书馆服务,文章比较分析国内外科学数据素养内涵,提出图书馆员科学数据素养能力的概念,从基本能力、应用能力、意识态度三个层面组成图书馆员科学数据素养能力的合理描述框架,并对其能力构成要素逐一剖析。最后,从完善科学数据素养教育培训体系、培养数据型图书馆员队伍、搭建科学数据管理平台、加强科学数据素养宣传等方面提出图书馆员科学数据素养能力发展策略。In order to effectively promote library services with data,the article compares and analyzes the connotation of scientific data literacy at home and abroad,and puts forward the concept of librarian scientific data literacy ability.It constructs a reasonable description framework of librarian scientific data literacy ability from three aspects:basic ability,application ability and consciousness attitude,and analyzes the ability elements in details.Finally,it puts forward the development strategy of scientific data literacy of librarians from four aspects:perfecting the scientific data literacy education training system,developing data librarians,constructing scientific data management platform,and strengthening the publicity of scientific data literacy.
