摘  要:溜碴板作为刀盘的支撑结构,会影响刀盘的出碴性能,也会影响刀盘的刚度与强度.依据以往传统设计方法得到溜碴板出现的问题,在满足刀盘刚度和强度设计要求的条件下,提出了一种通过修改溜碴板有效长度来改进出碴性能的方法,并对有效长度不同的溜碴板所对应的TBM整体刀盘用离散元法仿真模拟其出碴过程.结合模糊综合评价模型对仿真结果进行分析对比,证实刀盘的出碴性能会受到溜碴板有效长度的影响.As the supporting structure of the cutterhead,the mucking plate plays a role in the mucking performance of the cutterhead,followed by the stiffness and strength of the cutterhead.According to the problem of the mucking plate in traditional design process,on the premise of not reducing the strength and stiffness of cuterhead,a method reducing the effective length of mucking plate to improve the mucking performance of the cutterhead was proposed.And the mucking process of TBM cutterheads provided with different effective length mucking plate was simulated by discrete element method simulation.Through the results of discret element mothod simulation,the mucking performance was evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It has proved that the effective length of mucking plate has great influence on the mucking performance of the cutterhead.
