行车路试的工程机械液力传动油长寿命周期

摘　　要：随着工程机械的不断发展,工程机械对变速箱液力传动油的要求越来越高.我国工程机械现用变速箱液力传动油存在品质不高、换油周期短等缺点,国外工程机械和变速箱制造商针对各自的产品都开发了专用液力传动油,改善了油品的性质.为提高国内液力传动油品的竞争力,开发了两款性能优异的工程机械液力传动油,并进行真实工况下的行车路试,通过观察油样的理化性能随行车时间的变化来考察油品的换油周期.结果表明:研发的两种工程机械液力传动油具有良好的氧化安定性、抗磨损性能及稳定可靠的使用性能,换油周期都有较大延长.The requirement of the transmission oil is higher with the continuous development of construction machinery.However,there are some disadvantages such as low quality and short changing period in the transmission oil of domestic construction machinery.Foreign construction machinery and transmission manufacturers develop special transmission oil for their respective products,improving the property of the oil.In order to improve the competitiveness of domestic transmission oil,two kinds of transmission oil with excellent performance are developed,and the field test under real working condition is carried out.The oil changing period is investigated by observing the variation of the physical and chemical property of the oil sample with time.The results show that the two kinds of transmission oil have good oxidation stability,anti-wear and reliable performance,the oil changing period is prolonged.
