地方综合年鉴社会部类分类、标题及记述范围——以中国年鉴精品工程2018年卷申报年鉴篇目初稿为例

摘　　要：地方综合年鉴社会部类是指人们生存和发展以及为人们生存和发展提供保障与服务的相关事物,内容丰富,范围广泛,是地方综合年鉴五个部类内容之一,其质量高低影响年鉴的质量。目前,全国各地综合年鉴社会部类存在着缺乏共识、分类多样、内容零乱、没有形成统一的认知和基本的规范的情况。由于年鉴的分类、标题及记述范围的界定,有着自身的特殊性,既不能完全追求标题词语内涵与外延的完全对应,也不能完全脱离标题词语内涵而随意选择,而是应当把标题词语与外延的对应关系控制在相对合理的范围,在体现一定科学性的基础上合理地反映社会分工的实际,形成年鉴的标题词语体系及其所对应的内容,既能概括主要内容又能揭示内容主题。按照这一原则进行分类、确定标题和记述范围,可进一步加强社会部类篇目的规范性,确保该部类记述内容的准确和严谨。Social departments provide security and services for people's survival and development.The social category of yearbook is rich in content and has a wide range.It is one of the five category contents of the local comprehensive yearbook,and its quality directly affects the quality of the yearbook.However,at present,there are some problems like a lack of consensus,diversity in classification,confusion in content,and no unified cognition and basic norms.We should control the corresponding relationship between the title words in the social category and the extension of the words in a relatively reasonable range,reflect the reality of the social divisions scientifically,and form the title word system and its corresponding content,which can both summarize the main content and reveal the content theme.The social category should classify,define the title and scope of the description in accordance with this principle.
