摘 要:大型电站锅炉尾部烟道均为分叉结构,分叉烟道的流场状况与布置其后的烟气换热器换热效率密切相关,在改造工程中烟道布置不能满足设计规程要求的情况下,如何使新增的烟气换热器达到设计指标是必须考虑的问题。利用CFD数值计算,结合工程实例对斜向三叉烟道的流场优化进行了探索,并得到实际运行数据的验证。The flue duct of the large-scale power plant boiler is a bifurcated structure.The flow field of the bifurcated flue duct is closely related to the heat transfer efficiency of the flue gas heat exchanger.Considering that the flue duct arrangement can not meet the requirements of the design procedure,how to make the new flue gas heat exchanger to achieve the design targets must be taken into account.In this paper,CFD numerical calculation is combined with an engineering example to explore the flow field optimization of an oblique three way flue duct,and the actual operation data are verified.
