摘 要:针对基于多元线性回归的煤矿电力系统谐波发射水平评估方法因存在共线性问题导致结果受异常值影响大的问题,提出采用岭回归方法估计用户侧谐波发射水平,对谐波源进行责任划分。分析了岭回归估计方法的原理,建立了系统侧和用户侧等效电路;根据等效电路建立回归方程,并通过岭回归运算得到回归系数,再根据岭回归计算结果求出用户侧谐波发射水平。仿真结果表明,与二元线性回归相比,岭回归估计方法可以更有效地解决共线性问题,使回归系数的精度更高,从而得到更准确的谐波发射水平。In view of the problem of collinearity of harmonic emission level evaluating method of coal mine power system based on multivariate linear regression,which leaded to the problem that evaluation result was greatly affected by abnormal value problem,ridge regression method was proposed to estimate user side harmonic emission level and to divide responsibility of harmonic source.The principle of ridge regression estimation method was analyzed,and system side and user side equivalent circuits were established.Regression equation was established according to the equivalent circuit,and the regression coefficient was obtained by the ridge regression operation,and then user side harmonic emission level was obtained according to the ridge regression calculation result.The simulation results show that compared with the binary linear regression,the ridge regression estimation method can solve the collinearity problem more effectively,make accuracy of regression coefficient higher,thus obtaining more accurate harmonic emission level.
