摘　　要：介绍了铜闪速吹炼烟道口结焦给正常生产运行造成的影响,分析了结焦形成的原因,重点阐述了在硫酸盐化氧作用下,通过调整烧嘴天然气量和煤粉加入量的方法共同消除结焦,效果明显,有效提高了铜闪速吹炼系统开车率。In this paper,the impact of coking at flue hole on normal operation in copper flash smelting process is presented,and the involved reasons are analyzed.The method of eliminating coking by adjusting the amount of natural gas and pulverized coal in burner under the action of oxygen sulfate is emphatically expounded,and the effect is obvious,the copper flash system availability is effectively improved.
