摘  要:青海盐湖集团10万t/a电解镁装置中,镁电解槽与传统的铝电解槽及国内其它小型镁电解槽有很大不同,施工差异较大,施工工艺复杂且整体密封性要求高。电解车间共有68台电解槽,施工作业主要为安装槽壳砌筑内衬。施工中采取了一系列施工措施,保证了工程质量,加快了工程进度,降低了施工成本。In the 100 000 t/a magnesium electrolysis installation of Qinghai Salt Lake Group,the magnesium electrolysis cell is very different from the traditional aluminum electrolysis cell and other small magnesium electrolysis cell in China.The construction difference is large,the construction process is complicated and the overall sealing requirements are high.There are 68 cells in the tank house and the main construction work is to install cell shell and lining masonry.A series of construction measures are taken during the construction process to guarantee the project quality,speed up the project progress and reduce the construction cost.
