摘  要:本文介绍了银电解液水解净化新工艺,利用杂质离子与银水解pH值的差异,实现杂质离子的有效脱除。探索试验结果表明:经过两段水解,电解液中Cu和Pb含量分别降低至8.96 mg/L和4. 21mg/L,Bi和Sb的含量降低至0.05 mg/L以下,杂质脱除率大于95%。应用实践证明,该工艺综合经济效果显著,可实现银电解液中杂质离子有效分离的目的。A new purification process of silver electrolyte was introduced in this paper.The removal of impurity ions was realized by the difference of pH value between the impurity ions and the silver hydrolysis.The exploratory test results showed that the content of Cu and Pb in the electrolyte was reduced to 8.96 mg/L and 4.21 mg/L respectively after two stages of hydrolysis,and the content of Bi and Sb is reduced to less than 0.05 mg/L,and the removal rate of impurities was greater than 95%.The application proved that the process could bring comprehensive economic effect and the effective separation of impurity ions in the silver electrolyte could be realized.
