摘 要:将建筑垃圾再生集料应用于路面基层,既可以解决建筑垃圾处理困难问题,又可以减少道路工程对天然砂石材料的消耗。水泥稳定碎石是道路半刚性基层的主要材料,对比研究了采用再生粗集料,全再生集料以及天然集料水泥稳定碎石的抗压强度、抗拉强度、干缩特性,以及外加剂对水泥稳定再生碎石强度和干缩的影响。研究结果表明,与天然集料相比,掺加再生集料的水泥稳定再生碎石强度提高,可以达到路面基层、底基层的强度指标要求。同时,水泥稳定再生碎石的收缩显著增大,可达到天然集料稳定材料的1. 7~2. 5倍,为此复配的专用外加剂可将全再生集料水泥稳定碎石的收缩减小50%,同时对强度有所提高。The application of recycled aggregates from construction waste to the road base can not only solve the difficult problems of construction waste disposal,but also reduce the consumption of natural sand and gravel materials by road engineering.Cement stabilized macadam is the main material of road semirigid base.Study on the characteristics of compressive strength,tensile strength,dry shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam,and the effect of admixture on cement stabilized recycled aggregate strength and shrinkage is conducted in this paper by using recycled coarse aggregate,all recycled aggregate and natural aggregate cement stabilized macadam.The results show that compared with the natural aggregate,the strength of cement stabilized recycled macadam with recycled aggregate is increased,can meets the strength requirements of the pavement base and subbase.At the same time,the shrinkage of cement stabilized recycled aggregate increases remarkably,and it can reach the 1.7~2.5 times of the natural aggregate stabilized material.Therefore,the brewing admixture can control the shrinkage within 1.3 times of the natural aggregate stabilized material.
