摘 要:以某双塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥为例,通过现场埋设监测仪器及有限元仿真分析两种方式对该桥梁索塔施工过程中的应力及应变进行了详细研究。通过对比实测数据及理论分析结果可知,该斜拉桥索塔在施工过程中受到诸多因素的影响,且每个施工阶段的影响因素不尽相同。因此在施工应力应变控制的过程中,应该通过有限元理论分析,找出索塔施工各个阶段影响应力应变的主要因素,然后针对其特点采取相应的工程措施,以便削弱或抵消不利影响,使各个施工阶段索塔受力均处于合理状态,从而保证施工质量和施工安全。In this paper,taking a double-tower double cable surface prestressed concrete cablestayed bridge as an example,the stresses and strains during the construction of the bridge pylons are studied in detail by means of field-buried monitoring instruments and finite element simulation analysis.By comparing the measured data with the theoretical analysis results,it can be seen that the tower of the cable-stayed bridge is affected by many factors during the construction process,and the influencing factors in each construction stage are not the same.Therefore,in the process of construction stress and strain control,the main factors affecting the stress and strain at each stage of tower construction should be identified through FEM analysis,and then corresponding engineering measures should be taken in order to weaken or offset the adverse effects.During the construction phase,the towers are all under reasonable conditions to ensure construction quality and construction safety.
