摘　　要：保护性开采特定矿种作为我国优势的战略性矿产资源,基于其战略定位,有必要从资源安全和竞争优势维度进行系统评价,为保护性开采特定矿种调整提供依据。本文基于层次分析法的实际应用提出了一套保护性开采特定矿种的评价方法与具体评价步骤,并结合指标体系所具有的特征和原则,综合考虑各类要素,建立了三级保护性开采特定矿种评价指标体系模型,并对各指标权重进行了科学赋值,初步提出了评价指标分级打分级次模型,为下一步矿种评价矿种打下了基础。The protective minerals are advantageous and strategic minerals of China.Based on their strategic positioning,it is necessary to evaluate systematically from resource security and competitive advantage,providing adjustment evidence of the protective minerals.Based on the practical application of AHP,this paper proposes a set of evaluation methods and specific steps for the protective minerals,establishes a three-level evaluation model considering characteristics and principles of the index system with various elements,assigns values for each index,and tentatively proposes a classified model of evaluation index to evaluate minerals for further research.
