摘  要:非洲某黑色页岩型硫化铜钴矿矿石性质较为特殊,常规的黄药类捕收剂对其铜钴矿物的捕收能力很弱。本文通过小型浮选试验研究了处理该类矿石的合理药剂制度与工艺,最终以二次粗选、一次扫选、三次精选的闭路试验流程,获得了铜品位20.06%,回收率97.17%,钴品位0.45%,回收率82.06%的铜钴混合精矿,试验指标与现场生产相比大幅提高。The property of a sulfide copper-cobalt ore of black shale type in Africa is quite particular,and conventional xanthate collectors have bad effect on copper and cobalt minerals in the ore.This paper study on reagent system and technological process of which to treat this type of ore by laboratorial flotation tests.Finally,with the closed circuit flotation flowsheet of two-stage roughing,one-stage scavenging and there-stage cleaning,we obtain the concentrate contain Cu 20.06%and Co 0.45%,and the recovery of Cu is 97.17%,the recovery of Co is 82.06%,the test indexes outclass the production index of dressing plant on this type of ore.
