摘　　要：基于法学与经济学理论,研究可交易水权的定义和范畴,构建我国可交易水权的理论体系框架。以宁夏为例分析水权可交易的空间、模式和价格,分析其合理性和可行性,探索水权交易中应重点关注的关键问题,为我国水权改革和水权交易提供有力抓手,进一步提高水资源利用效率,促进稀缺水资源的优化配置。According to theories of legal science and economics,studies are made on definition and scope of tradable water right and formulation of theoretical framework in China.By using Ningxia as a typical case,an evaluation is conducted that concentrates on the spatial extent,models and prices of water right trading for rationality and feasibility studies.Attention shall be paid on key issues emerged during water right trading,so as to increase water use efficiency and balance water demand under water scarcity,by means of effective measures to facilitate reform and water right trading in China.
