摘  要:自2003年IEC TC57委员会发布IEC 61850标准以来,国家电力行业发生了巨大变化,然而目前国内高校继电保护实验室仍采用传统教学实验方法。针对该现状,通过分析IEC61850应用范围和智能二次设备测试手段,以实时数字仿真仪为实验平台搭建电力系统一次模型,模拟实际电力网络运行情况,以IEC 61850标准为基础建立通信模型,利用GTNETx2通信板卡实现面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)和采样值(SV)报文数据传输,达到了闭环测试目的。实验结果表明,该平台可用于IEC 61850数字化装置的相关教学实验,也将为国内数字化继电保护设备研发提供了一种新的测试方法。Since the IEC 61850 standard published by IEC TC57 committee in 2003,great changes have taken place in the national power industry.However,traditional teaching experiment methods are still used in the relay protection laboratories of universities in China at present.In view of the status,this paper analyzes the IEC 61850 application scope and intelligent secondary equipment testing means to build a power system model based on the real time digital simulator(RTDS)to simulate the actual operation of the power network,and establish a communication model based on the IEC 61850 standard.The GTNETx2 communication board is used to achieve common object-oriented substation events and sample packet data transmission,and then a closed-loop test is achieved.The experimental results show that the platform can be used in the related teaching experiment of IEC 61850 digital device,and provides a new test method for the research and development of digital relay protection equipment.
