摘  要:针对高校协同办公系统依赖于固定网络和办公环境,不能满足随时随地的移动端办公需求的问题,设计并实现了基于微信企业号的高校移动办公平台。首先,设计了高校移动办公平台的功能架构,包括学校公文、通知公告、待办事项、会议管理等模块,然后,基于微信企业号的回调模式、消息响应与管理接口,实现了移动办公平台与微信企业号的对接,并利用协同办公系统基于HTTP的REST开放接口,实现了协同办公系统主要功能模块在微信企业号中的展示,最后,通过对北方工业大学移动办公平台的效果展示与实践,验证了上述设计方案的可靠性与有效性。移动办公平台解决了移动端办公的问题,提高了办公效率,消息推送解决了即时通信的问题,有力提升了学校信息化管理水平,对其他高校的移动办公平台建设有一定参考价值。The college office automation system depends on the fixed network and office environment,it can’t meet the demand of the mobile office which can be used anytime and anywhere.We designed and implemented university mobile office platform based on WeChat enterprise.Firstly,the functional architecture of the university mobile office platform was designed,including the school documents,notice announcements,to-do items,meeting management and other modules.Then,based on the callback mode,message response and management interface of WeChat enterprise,the connection between mobile office platform and WeChat enterprise were realized.Using the REST open interface of the OA system based on the HTTP protocol,the main function modules of OA system were displayed in the WeChat enterprise.Finally,through the demonstration and practice of the mobile office platform of the North China University of Technology,the reliability and validity of the above design scheme were verified.Mobile office platform solved the problems of mobile office,improved the efficiency of the office,solved the problem of the instant communication,effectively promoted the university information management level.The paper has a certain reference value for other universities’mobile office platform.
