基于数学建模竞赛的“六位一体”创新人才培养模式实践研究

摘　　要：在万众创新驱动下,培养创新人才是时代的需要,也是高校义不容辞的责任。文章分析了数学建模竞赛在培养创新人才中的重要意义;以南京邮电大学为例,探讨了该校基于数学建模竞赛的建模思想融入、理论学习、竞赛培训、竞赛参加、相关科研与毕业设计"六位一体"创新设计体系的建设情况;并以监控视频前背景分离为实例,进一步说明数学建模竞赛对创新人才培养的促进作用。实践表明,该校在数学建模实践教学方面创新人才培养成效显著、成果喜人。Based on the practice and exploration of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications for the mathematical contest in modeling,this paper firstly analyzes the significance of mathematical contest in modeling on cultivation of innovative talents.Next,it discusses"six in one"innovative design system based on the mathematical contest in modeling in authors’school.And then,taking the background/foreground separation of surveillance video as an example,it further illustrates the promoting effect of mathematical contest in modeling on the cultivation of innovative talents.Finally,it introduces the results of the cultivation of innovative talents in the mathematical contest in modeling.
