摘  要:为探究不同季节下中缅树鼩脂肪组织的变化情况,利用流式细胞术分别对春夏秋冬四季中缅树鼩白色脂肪细胞进行UCP1、CD137,对褐色脂肪细胞进行UCP1抗体标记研究。结果显示:中缅树鼩白色脂肪组织细胞群夏季UCP1、CD137阳性表达最低,分别为8.98%、4.42%,冬季达到最高,分别为60.91%、35.54%;褐色脂肪组织细胞群在夏季UCP1阳性表达为22.38%,冬季则高至83.78%。以上结果表明中缅树鼩在冬季,白色脂肪组织中UCP1及CD137阳性表达均增加,诱导白色脂肪组织"褐变",可能产生米色脂肪细胞;褐色脂肪组织UCP1阳性表达增加,表明其产热活性增强。To investigate the seasonal change in the adipose tissue of Tupaia belangeri,the UCP1,CD137 in white adipose tissue and UCP1 in brown adipose tissue was measured using flow cytometry after labelled them with antibodies,all samples were collected in different seasons.The results showed that the positive expression index of UCP1,CD137 in white adipose tissue attained minimum amount in summer,were 8.98%and 4.42%respectively,while the highest level was present in winter at 60.91%and 35.54%respectively;in brown adipose tissue,the positive expression index of UCP1 was 22.38%in summer and high to 83.78%in winter.The aforementioned results indicate that the positive expression of UCP1 and CD137 in white adipose tissue are increased in winter,it is likely to induce white adipose tissue“browning”and generate beige adipose tissue;the increase of UCP1 positive expression in brown adipose tissue reveals that its thermogenesis activity is strengthened.
