摘  要:系统地阐述了美国证券交易委员会(SEC)关于油气储量的定义及分类标准,比较了SEC准则下的储量与国内储量定义的异同。总结了SEC准则下5种常用的储量评估方法及适用条件,并着重分析了目前国际上最为常用的动态分析法——递减曲线分析法。随后以西非某深水浊积砂岩油藏为例,结合该油藏不同生产井的产量、压力、含水率、工作制度等油藏动态生产形势,分别选取了不同储量评估方法,并结合该油藏单井经济极限产量,最终确定了SEC准则下的储量。本文对已开发油藏SEC准则下动态储量评估方法及实际应用进行了总结与探讨,对于同类型海相浊积砂岩油气藏SEC动态储量评估具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。The reserve definition and classification in the US Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC)reserve rules were expanded.Then the similarities and differences of reserve definition between the SEC rules and the domestic management rules were compared.5 commonly used methods and applicable conditions of reserve evaluation under the SEC rules were summarized.And then the most commonly used dynamic analysis method,which was decline curve analysis,was emphatically analyzed.Then a deep water turbidity sandstone reservoir in West Africa was taken as an example.By analyzing the performance of production,pressure,water cut and working schedule in different producing wells in this reservoir,different reserve evaluation methods were applied respectively.Then,by using the single well economic production limit,the reserves under the SEC rules were estimated.The dynamic reserves evaluation methods and practical applications under SEC rules in the developed reservoir were summarized and discussed,which will have a guiding role and make a reference significance for SEC dynamic reserves evaluation in the same type of marine turbidity sandstone oil and gas reservoirs.
