摘 要:针对飞行器高空下落变环境下电子设备散热需求,对飞行器散热符合性进行数值模拟及试验研究。计算飞行器从高空下落的运动规律,对飞行器模型进行边界层及瞬态热分析。划分下落高度,分阶段等效速度、环境参数对飞行器散热情况进行数值模拟。同时,合理等效试验模型,设计真空舱试验,模拟飞行速度、环境参数分阶段进行瞬态热测试;对比数值模拟结果与试验温度数据,两者基本一致,相差2.5%,结果表明数值模拟和瞬态热测试方法合理准确,为飞行器高空下落传热数值模拟及瞬态热测试提供了新思路,新方法。As per the requirements for heat dissipation of electronic devices in the circumstance where an aircraft falls down at a high altitude,numerical simulation and experimental study have been conducted on the conformity of an aircraft s heat dissipation.The law of motion of the aircraft falling from a high altitude was calculated and an analysis of the boundary layer and transient heat performed.With the fall height divided,numerical simulation of the aircraft s heat dissipation at staged equivalent velocity and environmental parameters was carried out.In the meantime,equivalency test model was optimized,vacuum chamber test designed,and flight speed and environmental parameters simulated to conduct staged transient heat test.A comparison between the results of the numerical simulation and the data of the test temperature demonstrated that they were basically the same with a difference of 2.5%.The results showed that the methods of numerical simulation and transient heat test were reasonable and accurate,which provided a new idea and method in this regard.
