摘 要:为了筛选出HMX基高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)配方中的黏结剂,提高战斗部在侵彻过程中的抗过载能力,采用炸药颗粒滑移力测量装置对HMX/黏结剂包覆体系的摩擦特性开展研究,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对包覆样品的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:与未包覆的HMX相比,用高聚物黏结剂包覆HMX炸药后,HMX炸药颗粒的边缘棱角明显变圆滑。六种HMX包覆样品的静摩擦系数大小依次为H6<H3<H5<H1<H4<H2,动摩擦系数大小依次为H6<H3<H5≤H1<H4<H2,表明两个参数的变化趋势具有一致性。顺丁橡胶和68#蜡包覆后的HMX摩擦系数偏低,静摩擦系数分别为0.125和0.116,动摩擦系数分别为0.108和0.102,应用于HMX基PBX配方中,能够降低炸药装药的摩擦生热,提高安全性。To filter out the binder of HMX-based PBX(polymer bonder explosive)formulation,and to improve the anti-high overload capacity of the warhead during the penetration process,the friction characteristics of HMX/binder coating systems were studied by explosive particles sliding force measuring device.The morphology and structure of the coating samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Results shows that:edges and corners of HMX particles coated with binder became rounded compared to pure HMX.The static friction coefficient of six explosive samples increases in the order of H6<H3<H5<H1<H4<H2,and dynamic friction coefficient in the order of H6<H3<H5≤H1<H4<H2,indicating that the change of two parameters is consistent.The friction coefficient of HMX coated with butadiene rubber and 68#wax is low(0.125 and 0.096,0.108 and 0.102,respectively).Butadiene rubber and 68#wax applied to HMX-based PBX formulation can reduce friction generated heat and improve security of explosive charge.
