摘 要:采用计算流体动力学方法进行了定转子小间隙三维热流耦合计算,分别考虑了定子槽、轴向冷却流,以及转速对风摩擦损耗的影响,并获得了转子表面对流换热系数。结果表明:定子槽和轴向流会使得风摩擦损耗增大;有轴向流时,对流换热系数在入口处最高,在出口处最低;轴向冷却流的对流换热效果要远大于其造成的损耗发热效果。研究结果为转子热设计提供了重要参考依据。A thermal-flow coupling calculation of stator-rotor narrow gap 3D model was carried out by computational fluid dynamics method in the paper.The effects of stator slots,axial cooling flow and rotational speed on the windage loss were taken into account respectively,and the rotor surface heat transfer coefficients were obtained.It shows that the wind-age loss will increase due to stator slots and axial cooling flow.For the case with an axial cooling flow,the rotor surface heat transfer coefficient is the highest at the entrance and the lowest at the exit,and the heat elimination effect of the axial cooling flow surpasses the heating effect brought by itself.Results provide a reference for the thermal design of rotor.
