摘 要:针对传统SVPWM过调制矢量模型复杂,控制方法类型较多且不精准问题,研究一种基于调制波电压基波幅值傅里叶变换之过调制控制方法。该方法采用控制调制波基波电压幅值来控制输出电压幅值大小,并利用调制波基波峰值、三角波峰值二者同输出电压幅值之间的线性关系,建立控制模型,通过坐标变换,计算PWM的开、关时间。该方法具有控制理论清晰、简单模型、瞬间输出力矩小、低噪声、可靠输出结果、最好电压利用率等优点。通过对MATLAB仿真实验,以及真实实验数据的对比分析,表明所建立的模型和控制算法与理论分析一致,完全能够满足变频电机过调制控制要求。Since the traditional SVPWM overmodulation model is a very complex with variable and unprecise control method,overmodulation control technology was introduced based on voltage amplitude of modulation wave by Fourier transform.With voltage amplitude of modulation fundamental wave controlling the output voltage amplitude,the control model was established by linear relationship between peek value of the modulating wave,peek value of the carrier wave and the output voltage amplitude.By means of a series of coordinate transform,the on/off times of inverter were calculated to control PWM waveform.With the clear control theory,simple model,small torque ripple,low noise,reliable conclusions,high voltage utilization,the method is validated by the theoretical analysis and the experimental result to meet with the requirements of the inverter motor overmodulation controlling.
