摘 要:基于ANSYS FLUENT,以DG-350型离心泵为研究对象,采用N-S方程、Simple算法和标准κ-ε湍流模型,研究了0. 3、0. 5、0. 7 mm三种密封环间隙对水泵性能的影响,得到不同工况下的叶轮、导叶和密封环间隙等关键部位的压力、涡量和湍动能的分布图。研究表明:密封环间隙的存在降低了叶轮入口和出口的压力差;随着间隙的增大,离心泵内的能耗、水力损失和容积损失增大,从而降低了离心泵的效能。Based on ANSYS FLUENT,the centrifugal pump of type DG-350 was selected as a test model.The N-S equations,the standardκ-εturbulent model and the simple algorithm were adopted in the simulation.The effects of different size of clearance of wear-rings,which were 0.3,0.5,0.7 mm,on the pump properties were studied.Under different working conditions,the distributions of pressure,velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of the key parts such as the impeller,guide vane and wear-rings clearance were obtained.The analysis shows that the clearance of the wear-rings reduces the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the impeller;with the increase of the wear-rings clearance,the energy loss,hydraulic loss and volume loss increase in the centrifugal pump,which decreases the efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
