摘 要:互联网茶叶买卖纠纷具有主体复杂性、跨地形、交易合同局限性等特点,增加了互联网茶叶买卖纠纷的解决难度。对待此问题,应建立以纠纷预防为主、解决为辅的基本理论框架,增加网络销售平台的相关责任,利用多种纠纷解决方式,树立保护消费者的基本理念,大力利用在线解决方式。具体应当培养企业的内部自查机制,利用在线仲裁和互联网法院解决此问题。Internet tea dispute is characterized by the complexity of the main body,the cross terrain and the limitations of the transaction contract,it has increased the difficulty of solving disputes over the Internet tea trade.To deal with this problem,we should establish a basic theoretical framework focusing on dispute prevention and supplemented by solutions,increasing the responsibility of network sales platform.,using a variety of dispute resolution,establish the basic concept of consumer protection,and vigorously use online solutions.Specifically,the internal self-examination mechanism of enterprises should be trained,and online arbitration and Internet courts should be used to solve this problem.
