摘 要:文章采用一种修正的Bingham模型建立磁流变阻尼器的非线性力学模型。基于修正Bingham模型建立了船舶双层隔振系统的非线性动力学方程,研究了船舶辅机双层半主动隔振系统的主共振特性,采用平均法得到了船舶辅机双层半主动隔振系统的理论解,并运用Maple数值仿真对理论解进行了验证。分析了船舶辅机双层半主动隔振系统主要参数对系统主共振的影响。研究结果表明:阻尼系数和控制力对主共振时系统的振动传递率影响明显,振动传递随着阻尼系数、控制力的增加而减小;零力速度对系统振动传递率影响很小。A revised Bingham model for magneto-rheological(MR)damper is used to describe the nonlinear damping force.Based on the revised Bingham model,the nonlinear dynamic equation of the double-layer vibration isolation system for auxiliary engine is established.The primary resonance characteristic of double-layer semi-active isolation system is investigated.The theoretical solution of the auxiliary double-layer semi-active isolation system is obtained by average method,which is verified by numerical solution with Maple.The effect of model parameters of MR damper on the system’s primary resonance is studied.The research results show that the damping coefficient and the control force of MR damper have a significant effect on the vibration transmissibility in the resonance region.The vibration transmissibility of the double-layer semi-active isolation system decreases with the increase of the damping coefficient and control force of MR damper.And the speed contributes is very little to vibration transmissibility change.
