摘 要:为探讨不同养殖密度对脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)生长、存活以及水体氨氮含量变化规律的影响,设置4个密度梯度(600尾·m^(-3)、900尾·m^(-3)、1 200尾·m^(-3)、1 500尾·m^(-3))对脊尾白虾进行养殖实验,测定脊尾白虾存活率、特定生长率及水体氨氮含量等指标。结果显示,4个养殖密度(600尾·m^(-3)、900尾·m^(-3)、1 200尾·m^(-3)、1 500尾·m^(-3))条件下水体氨氮含量均值分别为0.61 mg·L^(-1)、0.85 mg·L^(-1)、1.15 mg·L^(-1)、1.49 mg·L^(-1),即随养殖密度升高氨氮含量逐渐增加,且不同养殖密度条件下水体氨氮含量随养殖周期的延长呈现升高的趋势。4个养殖密度(600尾·m^(-3)、900尾·m^(-3)、1 200尾·m^(-3)、1 500尾·m^(-3))条件下脊尾白虾的特定生长率分别为5.40%、4.55%、4.01%及3.63%,存活率分别为86.11%、86.67%、81.82%及72.22%,特定生长率和存活率均与养殖密度成负相关关系,且两个指标各组之间大部分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究结果可为探索脊尾白虾的最适工厂化养殖条件提供理论指导。Stocking density is one of the most important factors affecting the growth of aquatic organisms and water quality.To clarify the effects of different stocking densities on the growth and contents of ammonia nitrogen during E.carinicauda culturing,four stocking density groups:600,900,1 200 and 1 500 ind·m-3 were set in this study.The experiment period was one month.The specific growth rate,survival rate and concentration of ammonia nitrogen were detected during the experiment.The results showed that the average concentration of ammonia nitrogen for the groups of 600,900,1 200 and 1 500 ind·m-3 were 0.61 mg·L-1,0.85 mg·L-1,1.15 mg·L-1 and 1.49 mg·L-1,respectively.The results discovered that the concentration of ammonia nitrogen tended to increase with the rising of stocking density and elongation of stocking time.Additionally,the specific growth rates of E.carinicauda for the groups of 600,900,1 200 and 1 500 ind·m-3 were 5.40%,4.55%,4.01%and 3.63%,respectively.And the survival rates were 86.11%,86.67%,81.82%and 72.22%,respectively.The results showed that both the specific growth rate and survival rate of E.carinicauda reduced with the increasing of stocking density,and there were significant differences among each group(P<0.05).The results provided a theoretical basis for the exploration of the optimum conditions for the industial farming of E.carinicauda.Meanwhile,the water quality during intensive factory farming of E.carinicauda should be monitored by real-time and stocking density should be regulated rationally.
