摘 要:基于同步辐射X射线CT技术,获得2支柴油机喷嘴的精准三维结构模型,并测得喷孔内部的结构尺寸,利用CFD软件分析喷嘴内部结构参数以及不同的射流参数对喷嘴内流特性的影响。结果表明:入口圆角半径是影响空穴分布的重要结构参数,圆角半径过大,会造成燃油速度突变减弱,从而抑制空穴现象。加工误差和喷孔位置的不同导致多孔喷嘴的不同喷孔内流特性存在差异,射流参数的不同也会对喷孔的内流特性产生明显影响。Based on Synchrotron radiation X-ray CT technology of SSRF,precise three-dimensional structural models of two diesel engine nozzles were acquired and the size of the structure inside the nozzle was measured.CFD software was applied to analyze the effect of nozzle internal structure parameters and different jet parameters on the inflow characteristics of the nozzle.Research shows that the entrance fillet radius is an important structural parameter that affects the distribution of cavitation.Oversized radius of the fillet will cause abrupt changes in the fuel speed,thereby suppressing cavitation.Machining errors and the different location of the injection orifices lead to differences in the inflow characteristics of different orifices of the multi-orifice nozzles.The different jet parameters will also have a significant impact on the inflow characteristics of the nozzle.
